Ham-Banana with Cheese

4 bananas
4 slices of ham
60 gm grated Parmesan cheese
125 ml double cream, whipping cream
Hungarian paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel bananas, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (be generous with this). Wrap a slice of ham around each banana.
Place bananas in a greased, oven-proof dish and pour cream over them. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve cold.
