 Pepin left Cuba in 1960, and without forgetting his roots, he settled down in South Florida where he began working as a chef for a local Marina. Soon after, he opened a distribution center of fast food and sandwiches for local restaurants in the area.After attending gastronomy school and gaining invaluable knowledge and experience, Chef Pepin discovered that he not only had a vast array and still growing pool of personal recipes, but by combining his incredible sense of humor with the art of cooking, a magic seasoning was created and his TV career was launched in 1988. Chef Pepin has had years of success in the kitchen and is now proud to introduce a line of appliances for you to bring into your own home. |
