Chutney Chicken Salad - serve 6

4 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 apples, cubed
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup white wine or orange juice
2 tsp curry powder
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tbsp chutney
2 tbsp slivered preserved ginger

In bowl, toss together chicken, celery, onion and apples.
In small saucepan, combine raisins, wine and curry powder; heat until raisins are plump. Pour over chicken mixture.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream,chutney and giner; pour over chicken mixture and stir gently to coat.
