Our all-inclusive kit has everything you need to make delicious jerky right out of the box. The kit includes the Weston Jerky Gun Junior, Drying Racks, and Weston Brand Jerky Seasoning. The Jerky Gun Junior comes with three precision stainless steel nozzles: a round 1/2" diameter nozzle for forming snack sticks, a 1/8" x 3/4" nozzle for single strips and a dual 1/8" x 3/4" nozzle that shoots two strips of jerky at once. Lay out the prepared jerky strips on the three-tier tray and heat in an oven to dry. Hot air circulates freely through the racks for consistent drying. The racks measure 16-3/4" x 14" and stack directly on a nonstick tray for easy cleanup. The package of Weston's Original Jerky Seasoning makes 20 lbs. of jerky.
